描述:强阳离子交换剂,在硅胶基质表面键合苯磺酸。相当于LC-SCX,SampliQ Si-SCX,Bond Elut SCX;
用途:由于苯环的存在,吸附剂还具有非极性性能,与化合物发生非极性相互作用,适合碱性化合物的分离;提取水溶液中的样品时显示出阳离子交换和非极性吸附的双重模式;
特点:粒径40-60 µm,平均孔径 60 Å,离子交换容量 0.32 meq/g,含碳量 11.00%。
